How about the biggest Logistical Nightmare...Venice Italy, 3500lbs of computer and electronic equipment loaded in a gondola on its way to our hotel. Stripping rooms of furniture to set up testing labs, and dropping CAT5 cables down the sides of buildings, through windows, down the hallway, up the stairs....all in order to get a secure internet connection for the tech labs. Getting lost in the canals and tight walkways, on the way to the only electronic store in Venice, and OH, let us not forget, wadding through thigh high water flooding the piazza because a drunk VP is about to drown in the fetid waters of Venice. My GOD I miss that job!
