- About Me:
- Jill has been with Berkeley Lab for 5 years. She has 21 years experience in government event planning and travel management. She is both a Certified Government Meeting Professional, and a Certified Corporate Travel Executive. Jill has worked for such organizations as EG& G Energy Measurements, Livermore Lab, Stanford University, and the University of California Office of the President. Jill also worked briefly in the private sector as the Travel & Event Manager for Evoke Software, where she was awarded the 5 Star Quarterly Employee Award for reducing cost through contract negotiations. Most recently, Ms. Stark was elected President of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) San Francisco Chapter, where she assumed office in June. Jill is an avid 49er fan and enjoys such pleasures as gourmet cooking, wine tasting, gardening and floral arranging.
