- I hired a keynote speaker for an industry awards breakfast who represented a well-known personal development book series. He was the last speaker on the agenda (because of the amount of awards that were being given that year), and he opened his presentation by asking all of the attendees to stand up, grab their belongings and move to a seat at a different table. Instead of participating in the exercise, everyone grabbed their belongings and WALKED OUT of the room. I paid $5,000 for a speaker to cause 75% of the crowd to leave in the first two minutes of his presentation!

- About Me:
- I recently took a position with Transportation Management Services (TMS) and am responsible for generating new business and strengthening industry relationships throughout the Midwest. I have a strong background in trade show & convention management as well as extensive knowledge of the Chicago event market and have managed events ranging from 50 to 10,000 attendees throughout the U.S. with various levels of transportation needs. My experience as a meeting planner, knowledge and execution of city-wide transportation programs, dedication to the industry and overall enthusiasm for providing high-level products and services gives me the ability to identify with clients, quickly determining their needs, and in turn providing excellent service and flawless execution.
